Honestly the part I didn't like about my job was the management they weren't mean it was just I could tell they weren't happy with there job like they were getting burnt-out and I don't blame them it seemed like a domino effect the main boss would come up with a new thing and tell everyone they had to do it and then down it gos but we were the ones doing it and not only did it make our jobs harder and longer but sometimes the next day we would all come in and be told there's a new way they wanted us to do it now so again for the most part people would get tired of it and quit or transfer and that didn't make the job easier for anyone who stayed and really no one wanted suggestions I tried. I learned a lot of new skill and was always trying to have someone teach me something new.
The night shift was always understaffed but that's not unusual for most places.
I got hired for this job right away because no one wanted it because it was night shift.
